Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use that number on our courier partner’s website to track your shipment, or log in to your My Orders section on our website to check your delivery status.

Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within metro cities usually arrive within 2–4 business days, while deliveries to non-metro or remote areas may take 4–7 business days. During holidays or festive seasons, delivery times might be slightly longer.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you make your payment.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order.
